Man Down
DOCUMENTARY / 9 MIN
One man recalls his journey into fatherhood and its repercussions on his mental health.
Silver Levy-So has lived with GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) and SAD (Social Anxiety Disorder) since he was a teenager. Now in his early thirties, he speaks candidly about unexpectedly becoming a dad for the first time, and how the pressures of fatherhood have impacted his mental health. While Postpartum Depression has long been recognised in mothers, Man Down shines a light on the condition in men, raising concerns about the absence of support available to new fathers.
